We have constructed a series of human Full-Length
cDNA library from more than 100 kinds of human tissues or cultured
cells (for more detail, see 1-4. Experimental
Procedures). For the library list, see "library
list" . Using these cDNA libraries we performed one-pass sequencing
from the 5'-ends for 160,000 clones. Detailed statistics
of the database is described in Statistics
Section.
Update schedule of the databases will be presented here.
